5a. Third-Party Processors
We use the following processors to operate Rentify. Each is bound by a written data processing agreement.
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing, Stripe Connect payouts, fraud prevention. Data: name, email, payment details, transaction history. Transfers: US (UK Addendum SCCs).
- Resend — transactional email delivery (account, booking and notification emails). Data: name, email. Transfers: US (UK Addendum SCCs).
- OpenAI — AI features such as content suggestions and moderation assistance. Data: text submitted to those features only. Transfers: US (UK Addendum SCCs).
- Replit Object Storage — secure storage of uploaded images (listings, services, profile photos, condition documentation). Data: image files and associated metadata. Transfers: US (UK Addendum SCCs).
- Replit Hosting — application and database hosting. Data: all platform data at rest. Transfers: US/EU (UK Addendum SCCs).
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity — analytics and advertising measurement, loaded only after cookie consent. See section 9.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to:
- Provide services

These analytics providers are based outside the UK; data is transferred under the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
